Before using the ukrainian power Website and receiving the Services supplied by ukrainian power, please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”).

Your access and usage of the Service are conditioned upon Your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all Users and anyone else who wants to use the Website. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using the Website.

You must not use the ukrainian power if You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to deny access to Users who do not comply with these Terms at any time and without prior notice.

The following Terms have the meanings ascribed to them below for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Services” - the Company's provision of UI / UX design services, creation of design for digital products.

Using the Website

The use of the Website is entirely voluntary and the sole responsibility of the User, provided that the User does not infringe the Intellectual Property Rights or otherwise harm the Website.

You can view the Company's cases/portfolio, obtain information about the Company and the Services, apply for a position within the Сompany, and order the design services of Your project or product using the Website сontrol panel.

    Visit the "Cases" to see some of Our Company's previous projects. This section offers information regarding the work done for clients which includes website / application designs. There is also information on a detailed analysis of the website's / client application's colors, logo, and so on.

  • Services 
    ‍    The “Services” section will assist You in better understanding which Services are given by the Company and in selecting the Service that best meets Your requirements.

  • Careers 
    ‍    The Company provides information on vacancies in the Careers section, indicating the position, the requirements for the candidate, his future responsibilities, and the city in which such a specialist is required. By completing the application form for collaboration with UKRAINIANPOWER.IO, You provide the following information: desired work schedule, level of English language skills, desired salary, a meaningful cover letter, and Your own resume. You consent to the processing of Your personal data by providing the information required to complete the application form (for details please see Our Privacy Policy).

  • Let’s talk 
    ‍    You can place an order for a project using the “Let's talk” section. By going to the section page, You will be taken to the order registration form. To begin, select a project type from the list below: website, mobile application, e-commerce, landing page, interface, and others. By deciding on the project type, You can determine the budget for Your project, which can be as low as zero (or vice versa). Following the completion of the first two points of the order, You should describe the main tasks and ideas for Your project. The final step is to provide Your personal information so that We can contact You. You agree to the processing of Your personal data in accordance with Our Privacy Policy by completing the order form. Following registration, Our manager will contact You and offer to sign a contract with all the terms that We can agree individually.

User’s obligations

Any person who has visited and looked through any page of the Website is referred to as a User.

The following are the User's responsibilities:

As a User, You have only the right to view the Content on this Website. Dispute resolutions

You and UKRAINIANPOWER.IO may attempt to negotiate any dispute informally prior to the commencement of any arbitration or legal proceedings in order to expedite the resolution and reduce the costs of any disputes or claims, past, present, or future, between You and UKRAINIANPOWER.IO, including, without limitation, any disputes or claims related to or arising out of these Terms. Negotiations will begin upon receipt of written notice. Your email address provided by UKRAINIANPOWER.IO will be Your address for any messages in this section.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.
